During the transformation of the client monolith (Sunhill Technologies gmbh - Volkswagen Group Company), we have encountered many issues and challenges that we have successfully solved in most cases, but there are still some that have become even more challenging. The transformation has caused a change in certain development processes, adding some new ones, and discarding some old ones, all with the aim of successfully transforming the monolith into microservices. Through the lecture our experience in transformation will be presented and how we answered the question - what now?
