Goran Kalanj SERENGETI

In 1996, Goran Kalanj graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. Upon graduation, he started working in Siemens as a programmer, where he remained for two years. He began building his business career in the leading system integrator companies in Croatia, such as King ICT and SnT, as key account manager. Sometime later, he was appointed Head of the Department for Delivery of ICT Solutions in King ICT. Eleven years later, in 2007 to be more precise, Goran Kalanj decided to start his own business, establishing the company Serengeti, which, from the initial 5, has grown to 140 employees over the past 12 years. He is a sports lover who, during his high school years, engaged in rowing professionally, winning medals in regional regattas; his best placement is 2nd place in the men’s eight at a regatta in Bled. In his free time, Goran Kalanj enjoys fishing, that is, fly-fishing, playing tennis and running. He is married and the father of three children.
